Although the initial outlay for solar panels and wind turbines is relatively high you will eventually save money as you will cut down you energy bills. Not only will you be saving money but you will also be helping the environment too.

We have also seen the cost of food rise over recent years therefore if you have the space available you could start your own vegetable patch. This does not have to be as hard work as it sounds and can be very rewarding. The feeling of eating produce which you have grown yourself is great and you will also save yourself a small fortune.
